We have service charge of ₹45 to ₹100 on each appointment booking. In some cases we also collect the doctor's fees along with out serivce charge which difffers from ₹100 to ₹1000.

Refund Policy

In case of any discrepancy of an appoinment, we try to reschedule the booking according to the convenience of the user. In case of cancellation -

1. If a customer cancels the booking, there is no refund.
2. If the booking is cancelled from the doctor's end, we refund the collected booking amount.
